“Just Breathe” Yoga
This class is an excellent ”beginner-friendly,” low-key introduction to the mind and body benefits of yoga! “Just Breathe Yoga” offers modification for limitations and fitness levels. Focus is basic yoga concepts of mindful movement along with Restorative Yoga. Consider this class when recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or jet-lag.
This class is recommended for expectant mothers, too! Prenatal Yoga is good preparation for birthing, as well as helpful for the challenges of the physical changes of pregnancy.
ISO Flow Yoga
This class brings a gentle warm up followed with more dynamic movement flow with variations. Focus is on exploring isolated strength options (ISO) to needed muscle groups including legs, hips, core & spine stabilizers and shoulders. This class is great for those needing to progress gradually and challenge themselves.
