Private Sessions by appointment with Karin
Every person is unique. At times, a class setting does not fully resolve individual imbalances and pain issues. Private Sessions are available for people seeking more specialized instruction. The session can be used by people new to yoga to work with the fundamentals before entering a class setting. Sessions can also be designed to create an individual routine to address chronic pain issues and balance health conditions.
Rates: Sessions length are 75 minutes

Gentle Strength Monday 6pm-7:15pm 4- Classes $60
Great for beginners! Learn the basic yoga postures and breath techniques. Become stronger, more flexible, and relaxed. Sometimes the biggest challenge is just showing up to the mat!
“Just Breathe”Yoga Wednesday 4:30pm -5:45pm 4- Classes $60
This class is an excellent ”beginner-friendly,” low-key introduction to the mind and body benefits of yoga! “Just Breathe Yoga” offers modification for limitations and fitness levels. Focus is basic yoga concepts of mindful movement along with Restorative Yoga. Consider this class when recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or jet-lag.
This class is recommended for expectant mothers, too! Prenatal Yoga is good preparation for birthing, as well as helpful for the challenges of the physical changes of pregnancy.
ISO Flow Yoga Thursdays 6pm – 7:15 pm 4 – Classes $60
This class brings a gentle warm up followed with more dynamic movement flow with variations. Focus is on exploring isolated strength options (ISO) to needed muscle groups including legs, hips, core & spine stabilizers and shoulders. This class is great for those needing to progress gradually and challenge themselves.
Therapeutic Flow (with Sunanda Bruno)
Utilize traditional yoga poses, yoga flow, somatic movements & visualization to bring a therapeutic focus to your class experience.
Increase your body awareness & promote alignment while building core strength and joint stability.
Allow breath awareness and guided imagery to increase mental clarity and energy levels.

Community Yoga Or “Do-Nation” Yoga (With Micha Capello)
Discover your inner spark for yoga. Class focus is on basic foundation skills to develope your own strong and safe yoga practice. This class is considered multi-level yet modifcations for injury awarness/prevention are presented. Join in where you can leave your ego at the door, work your mind and body while helping our global community.
“Do-Nation Yoga” means that your money offering or items of food for food pantries or clothes for local shelters go toward a bigger cause. So come & be apart of our friendly group and do something kind for yourself and others!

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga promotes breath awareness and deep relaxation. With the assistance of props such as bolsters, folded blankets or the support of a chair, poses are held for longer intervals of time, allowing you to let go of long-held tensions that manifest both physically and mentally. Restorative yoga has been proven to reduce blood pressure and the stress hormones cortisol and norepinephrine as well as provide a level of rest to the body that is deeper than that allowed by sleep. All levels are welcome. I invite you, to explore the benefits of Restorative Yoga, in upcoming classes offered at Bodywise Studio. Restorative Yoga classes will be held at the following dates:

Yin Yoga and Meditation (with Sunanda Bruno)
Be guided in this class using breath awareness, guided imagery and meditation (yoga nidra). Release deep seated tension and reset the nervous system by using gentle slow movements. Cultivate a strong mindful connection to body and mind with a focus on the subltler energetic qualities of our individual energy system.
