The Power Pilates is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body the core, your Powerhouse, needs to be strong and stable.Transform your mind and body using exercises that are designed to stretch and strengthen muscle without adding bulk. They progress in a seamless fashion advancing from one movement to another.Improve your posture, strengthen abdominal and back muscles, tone , energize and increase your stamina all through Power Pilates.

Wednesday 6:00PM- 7:00 PM (beginner)
Wednesday 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (intermediate)                                                         Sunday 5:00—6:00 PM (all levels)

Class Rates:

4 Classes -Monthly fee…..$50

8 Classes – Monthly fee…. $60

Single Class…………………..$15

First Class is FREE
